These terms cover use of the TRACKMODE website, quote form and account portal. Any workshop booking or service agreement is confirmed separately and is not created by browsing the site.
Quote requests
- Submitting the form is a request for TRACKMODE to consider the work; it is not a confirmed quote, booking, price or completion date.
- Vehicle suitability, scope, parts, price and timing must be confirmed directly before work is agreed.
- Please provide accurate vehicle and contact information so the request can be understood.
Account use
Only use an account or portal area you are authorised to access. Keep your sign-in details secure, tell TRACKMODE promptly if you suspect unauthorised use, and keep the information in your account accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or use any portal data for an unauthorised purpose. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service.
Website content
Website copy and images are provided for general information and may be changed as the workshop’s available work changes. Do not copy the TRACKMODE branding or site media for reuse without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Availability
The website and portal can be interrupted for maintenance, hosting or technical reasons. If an online feature is unavailable, use the email address or phone number below.
Responsibility
Nothing on the website is a substitute for an agreed inspection, diagnosis, quotation or service scope. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms may be updated when the website or its services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material terms for any workshop work are confirmed separately.
